Description: The Med/Tele RN provides care to patients with a
variety of medical conditions requiring continuous cardiac
monitoring. Responsibilities include assessing patient status,
monitoring telemetry, administering medications, collaborating with
interdisciplinary teams, and responding to changes in cardiac
rhythms. Strong communication and clinical decision-making are
