Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Euclid, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,092 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/13/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Euclid, Ohio, 44119! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience. License: Must have a valid state license in hand. Compact licenses are accepted. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. Must-Have: - Recent Epic charting experience within the last 6 months. - One recent reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for required. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment expected to be completed during orientation with acceptable scores. Description: All requirements are non-negotiable. The facility is willing to approve a 16-18 week contract. Candidates should confirm their desired length of the contract upon submission. Minimum of 18 months of permanent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience is required prior to travel. The candidate must have a permanent license prior to submission. Travelers must work at least every other holiday. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. No co-worker references will be considered. Required certifications need to be active with no pending issues. Candidates will not be accepted with any open cases related to background checks. This facility does not accept any license violations. All other applicants must be nicotine-free. A negative drug screen required within 12 months is mandatory. Candidates may extend with the client for up to 18 months; after which, a 6-month break is required.
