Job Description Permanent Position: Certified Registered Nurse
Anesthetist Join our dynamic team at a leading medical center in
Dearborn, MI! We are seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse
Anesthetists (CRNAs) to enhance our anesthetic services in an
Ambulatory Surgery Center. This facility is committed to partnering
with the community and providing exceptional care to nearly 2

balanced professional and personal life. Job Responsibilities: -
Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics during
surgical procedures and obstetrical deliveries. - Conduct
pre-anesthetic assessments and document findings. - Collaborate
with the anesthesia, surgeon, and perioperative teams to determine
appropriate interventions. - Provide airway management and
intubations as needed. - Ensure complete and accurate documentation
of care for all procedures. - Promote a healthy work environment
through professional communication standards. - Participate in
quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. - Educate
staff, colleagues, patients, and families as necessary. -
Demonstrate personal accountability by upholding team standards and
adhering to health policies. - Support the professional development
of peers and colleagues. Qualifications: - Board Certified by the
American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA). - Active
Michigan nursing and specialty licenses. - At least 2 years of CRNA
work experience (excluding RN or training). - Up-to-date COVID and
Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain). - Current
certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or willingness to obtain). -
Clean malpractice and license history. - Ability to work
collaboratively with anesthesiologists and other healthcare
providers. License and Certification Requirements: - Active
Michigan Nursing and Specialty License. - Board Certification by
AANA. - Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications. - Up-to-date
COVID-19 and annual flu vaccinations. Dearborn, MI, offers a
