Job Description HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel - Shifts: 3 x 12 - Timing: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM - Type of Facility: Short Term acute Care Hospital - Location: 9500 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH - 44195 - Length: The initial duration is 13 weeks, with the possibility of an extension based on facility needs and performance. - Schedule: To be decided by manager or supervisor once you hit the floor. Can try to request blocked schedule. Job Description: 1. Nursing Float Pool, 1002-1000-31090 2. Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care. 3. Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and teaching. 4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. 5. Maintain patient safety, provide patient education, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols. 6. Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of those solutions.
