partnering home health care provider in Ontario, Ohio. We are
looking for a nurse who has 1 year of recent experience working
with a Medicare-Certified Agency. We bring more than 40 years of

RN Contract Details: - $2,000 – $2,186 per week* - 13-week contract
- SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit -
Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage - Average weekly
expectation is 30 units of productivity - Home Health contracts
with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified

Requirements: - OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience -
Electronic Charting experience - Minimum of 1 year of recent home
health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify) - Current
Ohio RN License - American Heart Association BLS - Valid U.S.
Driver’s License - Estimated weekly payment may include both
taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and
