Classification:Exempt Reports to:Residential
ManagerSummary/Objective:Primary job responsibility is to monitor
behavioral health goals, ensure goals are implemented with fidelity
and documented accurately by educating and leading a team of
Behavior Technicians and Lead Behavior Technicians. The Clinic
Coordinator will also facilitate individual and group interventions
and instruction to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum
Disorders and related disorders using the principles of Applied
Behavior Analysis. Clinic Coordinators will attend regular meetings
with Residential Manager, Assistant Manager, Behavior Analysts, and
other team members. Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations

essential functions. Primary Responsibilities: Directly lead,
manage, and mentor a team of Lead Behavior Technicians to ensure
fidelity of behavioral health treatment implementation and
documentation.Aid in professional development of Lead Behavior
Technicians and Behavior Technicians and support the day-to-day
operations of the treatment team.Implement and assist in the
development of behavioral health goals and objectives in
conjunction with the Behavior Analyst and other clinical team
members; ensure behavioral health goals are implemented and ensure
documentation of services and progress is completed.Facilitate
individual and group instruction and interventions consistent with
individual’s behavioral health and educational goals.Implement
crisis interventions as needed and when approved.Collect and
analyze data and records of service accurately following Boundless
procedures.Organize, prepare teaching and treatment materials, and
maintain a clean environment.Maintain designated individuals’ data
collection methods, documents, records, and materials related to
treatment plans. Assist in monitoring goal progression. Identifies
and document when interventions are needed for specific goals due
to lack of progression.Assist in maintaining files for compliance
in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal standards;
report unusual incidents and communicate unusual medical situations
as required.Perform first aid and other procedures as trained and
designated.Complete treatment review for designated individual as
assigned.Attend and participate in all treatment team meetings,
program meetings and other related meetings and trainings.Seek,
receive, and apply feedback appropriately and professionally, and
work towards goals developed with supervisors.Communicate by both
hearing and speaking in a professional manner with coworkers,
outside professionals, and parents, and use professional language
when describing the individual and/or behaviors.Dress appropriately
and arrive on time for work.Participate in fundraising activities
through distribution of materials and information.Responsible for
reading and following the employee handbook and all Boundless
policies and procedures.Responsible for completing and following
all trainings assigned.May occasionally transport clients in
Boundless vehicle.Within 60 days of hire, successful completion,
and maintenance of the required physical crisis management
training(s) and certification(s) applicable to the assigned
program.All other assigned duties. Required
Qualifications/Education: At least three years’ experience working
with individuals with behavioral health conditions, autism spectrum
disorders, and/or developmental disabilities.Hold and maintain
certification as a Registered Behavior Technician as outlined by
the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or, actively working
toward BCBA or BCBA certification (enrolled in fieldwork portion of
pursuing the credential).Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid,
CPR - adult, child, and infant (Training will be provided, if not
already certified).Preferred Qualifications/Education:Undergraduate
Degree.Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor
Vehicles; proof of auto insurance.No more than 5 points on license.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:Must be able to function
independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the
ability to work effectively with individuals, staff, and support
agencies.Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled,
emotionally upset, and at times hostile clients/family members.Must
possess the ability to make independent decisions when
circumstances warrant such actionWork Environment:This job
regularly works in the center or assigned treatment program. This
job may also work in the community providing services outside of
the office, in schools, client homes, and other community settings.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as
computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax
machines.Physical Demands:Ability to maintain physical exertion for
multiple events across a shift that could last up to 30 minutes per
episode.Ability to maintain a kneeling and/or crouching position
for multiple events across a shift that could last up to 30 minutes
per episode.Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.Ability
to respond quickly to sounds.Ability to see and quickly respond to
dangerous situations.Ability to wear personal protective and safety
gear correctly for the majority of the shift.Ability to lift and
move up to 50 pounds.Ability to assume and maintain a variety of
postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for
extended periods of time across the shift along with the ability to
walk swiftly or run after consumers on a shift.Ability to sit on
the floor or stand for extended periods of time.Must be willing and
able to restrain/hold/transport individuals as needed.Ability to
utilize quick body movements when working with individuals with
challenging behavior.Ability to remain awake for the entire
