Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and nutritional needs
- Promote independence and dignity while ensuring safety and comfort
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to address residents' individual care plans
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of care provided
What You Bring:
- A valid STNA or CNA license in Ohio
- Background in long-term care is a plus but not required
