A Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking a Family Medicine
Physician for locum tenens coverage.

The Chief of Primary Care is the clinical leader responsible for
oversight of the primary care resources across all locations of The
Centers.Under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, the
role supports the provision of medical care services with a focus
on health equity and interdisciplinary care for a target population
with extensive health and behavioral health needs.The position is a
part of the senior leadership team.This position includes the
clinical care responsibilities of Internal Medicine/Family Practice
Physician.The position is full time with two days of administrative
