Position Type: RegularYour OpportunityWorkplace Financial Services, which is part of The Charles Schwab Corporation, meets "business-to-business" needs through Compliance Solutions, Retirement Plan Services and Stock Plan Services.-Working with Schwab Retirement Plan Services means working with a trusted brand built on a culture of service, with a commitment to always put plan sponsors and their participants first. The Contract Services Team is responsible for the business review and approval of business contractual language for current clients and/or new business efforts within Schwab Retirement Plan Services.- This team also serves as the business liaison and Client Coordinator for client cybersecurity requests and documentation for Retirement Plan Services.What you are good atThe Contract Services Manager will be responsible for assisting with Retirement Plan Services client due diligence requests which includes data security due diligence questionnaires, documentation requests, assistance with client calls, onsite assessments, Consultant questions, RFPs and contract negotiations. These are critical client facing activities that have a real impact on client relationships with Schwab.- -Primary Responsibilities Include:

Manage the data security, audit, and contract process from receipt of request through completion which may include direct client interactionManage the information gathering process from various sources to ensure a high quality, accurate and most up-to-date responsesRespond to related follow-up questions and other miscellaneous information requestsWork with SMEs to review and edit responses to data security audits and contractual agreementsAssist with contract modifications impactful to current client relationships What you have
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A basic understanding of ERISA, pension/trust compliance, DC and DB plans and third party risk management
  • 5-7 years financial services industry experience
  • Business knowledge of data security processes is preferredExceptional time management and organizational skills with demonstrated experience in managing multiple, deadline-driven projectsStrong ability to develop internal and external partnershipsAble to collaborate and work effectively with other functions within Schwab and work with different organizational levels within the organizationEnjoys and is proficient at working autonomously; requires little direction in how to approach an assignment and systematically move it to completion.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to communicate technical information in a clear mannerFlexibility and the ability to shift gears easilyAbility to quickly learn and gain in-depth understanding of existing and new products and servicesAttention to detail and a passion for customer serviceColorado Compensation ?Target Total Compensation - $70,700 - $111,900Your actual pay will be based on your skills and-experience -- talk with your recruiter to learn-more.Why work for us?Own Your Tomorrow embodies everything we do!
