Job Description:
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a
Welder role in Marion, OH. Our client is a well-established
industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering
the highest quality products. With a focus on continuous

every stage of their manufacturing process. Schedule: Monday –
Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed) Pay: $20 per hour
(depending on experience) Key Responsibilities: · Perform welding
operations in accordance with AWS D1.1 standards and company
specifications. · Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and
welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication. · Set up, operate,
and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently. · Inspect
welds to ensure structural soundness and compliance with quality
standards. · Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning
metal surfaces prior to welding. · Follow all safety protocols and
maintain a clean and organized work environment. · Handle
materials, including loading and unloading components as needed. ·
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and
deadlines. · Accurately document work performed and report any
issues or defects. · Promptly report equipment malfunctions,
quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors. Qualifications:
· AWS D1.1 Certification – MANDATORY · High school diploma or
equivalent; prior welding or fabrication experience preferred. ·
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a
fast-paced environment. · Strong attention to detail and commitment
to quality workmanship. · Ability to read blueprints and understand
welding symbols. · Excellent teamwork, communication, and
problem-solving skills. · Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
