Job Description:
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a
Grinder Operator to join their team. As a Grinder Operator, you
will be part of the production department supporting machining and
quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have
attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a proactive
approach to work, which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: Grinder Operator Location: Middleburg
Heights, OH Pay Range: $19 Shift: 2nd, 2:30pm - 11pm What's the
Job? Set up and operate grinders, both manually and CNC operated,
to produce precise parts. Hold tight tolerances and surface
finishes to ensure high-quality output. Read and interpret
blueprints accurately to meet specifications. Use micrometers and
indicators to measure small increments as precise as 0.0001”.
Identify abnormalities in the machining process, such as tool wear
or surface finish issues, and address them promptly. What's Needed?
Basic understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience with micrometers and indicators for precise
measurements. Ability to measure small increments accurately (up to
0.0001”). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to perform routine maintenance and cleaning of
