Job Description:
Golden Bear Packaging Inc., a leader in innovative packaging

and electronics, is seeking a skilled Senior Electrician to join
our dedicated team. This role involves overseeing electrical
systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement. The
successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency and
sustainability in electrical designs and installations, reflecting
our commitment to high-quality, environmentally friendly packaging
solutions. Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of
electrical systems in manufacturing facilities. Design and develop
electrical systems that align with sustainability goals.
Troubleshoot complex electrical issues using various testing tools.
Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes and
regulations. Mentor and train junior electrical staff and
apprentices. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to
deliver project requirements. Monitor energy consumption and
suggest measures for reducing energy usage. Profound knowledge of
electrical systems in a manufacturing environment Ability to design
and modify electrical systems to improve efficiency and
sustainability Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment
for electrical testing Strong communication and leadership skills
Capacity to adhere to safety protocols and standards Medical

Valid electrician license (e.g., Journeyman, Master Electrician)
Certification from the National Institute for Certification in
Engineering Technologies (NICET) is a plus
