seeking a Site/Civil Practice Leader to build and lead a
multidisciplinary team in the Indianapolis area. This is a rare

You'll Do: Lead and oversee site/civil engineering for a variety of
projects, from concept through completion Drive business
development and build client relationships Integrate geotechnical
and environmental solutions into land development projects Mentor
and grow a high-performing team Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
in Civil Engineering 10 years of site/civil engineering experience
in land development Professional Engineering (PE) license Strong
leadership, client management, and business development skills
