Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Electrician-up to $40/hr Job Description Join our team as a Maintenance Electrician for the 1st Shift (Monday to Friday) in Ashland, OH. Your primary role will be to install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools. Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment while keeping parts and supplies in order. Perform semi-skilled and unskilled laboring duties related to electrical systems and equipment. Disassemble defective electrical equipment, replace defective or worn parts, and reassemble equipment using hand tools. Examine electrical units for loose connections and broken insulation, tightening connections as needed. Essential Skills 5-10 years of experience as an Industrial/Commercial Electrician. Experience in bending, cutting, and installing conduit. Proficiency in reading schematics. Experience in maintenance, repair, and installation. Additional Skills & Qualifications 6 years of industrial/commercial electrician skills. Interpersonal skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Basic ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance. Basic understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in technical plans, blueprints, and drawings. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
