of the opportunities based in Cleveland, Ohio. Positions will vary
based on engineering discipline and academic level achieved.

Programs are designed to give candidates the opportunity to gain
practical experience that will prepare you for a future at Lincoln

program, you will be exposed to a wide variety of engineering and
operations disciplines such as: Research & Development

will have the opportunity to interview for a full-time position for

included: National Intern Day, bowling, golfing, and luncheons with
key leaders and executives. Community Engagement: As one of the

we couldn’t let our Co-ops and Interns leave without teaching them
to strike an arc! All Co-ops and Interns participate in a week-long
course in our world-renowned Welding Technology Center. Co-ops and
Interns are invited to attend our Internship Learning Series
Workshops on a weekly basis with individuals and leaders from
departments throughout the company. These sessions are designed to
introduce Co-ops and Interns to departments outside of their own,
along with helping them develop critical skills. At the conclusion
of the term, Co-ops and Interns take the spotlight to present on
their project work in front of peers, supervisors, and company
leadership. Minimum Qualifications: Pursuing an engineering degree
in any of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical,
Computer, Chemical, Industrial, Material Science, Welding or
Packaging. Other engineering degrees may be considered based on
overall experience and business needs. Cumulative GPA of 3.0
Ability to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent
