They are seeking a talented Structural Steel/Miscellaneous Metal Project Manager to join their team. Qualifications: Experience: 5 years in structural steel fabrication. Software Proficiency: Skilled in Bluebeam software. Business Growth: Proven track record in expanding a book of business. Resource Management: Ability to organize people, tools, and time to meet deadlines. Initiative: Proactive in taking responsibility. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Manage the fabrication, assembly, and installation of structural steel components. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans. Ensure the accuracy of all blueprints and drawings. Create and oversee project schedules for timely completion. Monitor project budgets, resources, and costs. Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions with customers and management. Essential Functions: Interpret structural drawings and engineering documents. Experience in structural steel detailing and fabrication. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam software. Lead projects and manage team members effectively. Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Communicate and present information clearly. Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Capable of working independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and proactive mindset. Self-motivated and able to perform under pressure. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package included. Interested?
