Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dynamic
opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to
provide essential support to students from kindergarten through
12th grade. This role offers both full-time and part-time contract
positions within a school setting located in Ashland, WI. Work
onsite in a supportive educational environment dedicated to
enhancing student communication and success. Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication
disorders in K-12 students Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans tailored to each students needs Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student
progress Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in
compliance with educational standards Participate in team meetings
and contribute to multidisciplinary intervention strategies
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid and current
Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of Wisconsin
Experience working with children across various grade levels,
preferably K-12 Strong knowledge of evidence-based speech-language
intervention techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills for effective collaboration with students and school
personnel Ability to manage caseload efficiently and prioritize
responsibilities on both full-time and part-time schedules
