residential design-build firm Specializes in large-scale
renovations and home additions Seeking an experienced Design-Build
Estimator to lead preconstruction efforts Focus on accuracy,
insight, and collaboration during the estimating process Known for
delivering high-quality craftsmanship Responsibilities of the
Selections Specialist Facilitate client selections for materials,
finishes, and fixtures before project commencement Meet with
clients in-office, at their homes, and at showrooms as needed
Develop and refine selection procedures to improve efficiency and
client satisfaction Provide guidance and recommendations to clients
based on their style preferences and functional needs Maintain a
deep understanding of project budgets and ensure selections align
with financial constraints Monitor product availability and lead
times to avoid project delays Coordinate and communicate
effectively between sales and production teams Preferred
Qualifications for the Selections Specialist Experience in interior
design, construction, or related fields Ability to work
independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management
software is a plus Highly organized with excellent attention to
detail Strong understanding of project budgeting and construction
timelines Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and
written The Selections Specialist role is fully onsite in
Wadsworth, OH with a salary range of $37,440 to $45,760 depending
on experience.
