ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Before becoming an agent, I spent 14 years in the
medical field and 3 years in the oil and gas industryproving that
you dont need an insurance background to build a successful career
helping others. We opened our first State Farm office in September
2019 and expanded with a second location in May 2023, a reflection
of our teams dedication and strong growth. Across our two offices,
we currently have 8 team members5 in our legacy office and 3 in our
new MOA location. Our culture is fun, competitive, and
family-oriented. We work hard, support each other, and make sure

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Relations Representative - State
Farm Agent Team Member with Tyler Shank - State Farm Agent, you
will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that
reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your
attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help
people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving
customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members,
and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We

We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven
and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer
inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update
information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle
high-stress situations calmly.
