are hiring a proactive and experienced Service Writer to ensure
smooth operations and exceptional customer service experiences in
our service department. Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly,
assess their automotive service needs, and document accurately.
Clearly explain repair diagnoses and recommend services based on
manufacturer guidelines. Provide detailed estimates of costs and
timelines for repairs, adhering to Serpentini's pricing and process
standards. Schedule service appointments efficiently and coordinate
service bay assignments. Maintain continuous communication with
technicians and customers throughout the service process. Address
customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to
ensure satisfaction. Ensure meticulous documentation of service
orders and invoices, following all store processes. Expectations:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an automotive service writer.
Proficient in automotive service procedures, manufacturer KPI
scoring requirements, and terminology. Ability to exceed monthly
goals set by management and contribute to the team's success.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting
customer relationships. Detail-oriented with exceptional
organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to
following all store processes and exceeding manufacturer KPI
