Job Description Job Description We are looking for a proactive and personable Customer Care Associate to join a fast-paced team in Richfield, OH. This position is key to delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams. If you enjoy problem-solving, building relationships, and working in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.
