Bilingual Customer Service Representative About the Company

time Responsibilities for the Bilingual Customer Service
Representative Role Communicate with customers via phone, email,
and chat in both Spanish and English Assist with product/service
questions, order issues, billing inquiries, and general support
Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and
professionalism Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
and transactions Collaborate with internal departments to ensure
customer needs are met Stay up-to-date on company products,
services, and policies Preferred Qualifications for the Bilingual
Customer Service Representative Role Fluent in Spanish and English
(spoken and written) Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficient with
basic computer applications and CRM systems Ability to multitask
and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent
(college degree a plus) The Bilingual Customer Service
Representative role is fully onsite in Stow, OH with a salary range
of $41,600 - $45,000 depending on experience. For immediate and
