Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, West Virginia and Alabama. Due to MSG's
continued growth in our Civil/Municipal Division, a new opening is
available for a Project Manager, Residential in our Columbus, OH
offices! Salary is $150,000 - $170,000 Key Responsibilities We're
seeking a self-motivated professional Project Manager in Civil
Engineering or Landscape Architecture specializing in Residential
Development with a desire to grow personally and professionally. In
this role, you will put your problem solving, logic, and creativity
to the test leading a multi-discipline and highly interactive team
of engineers, surveyors, landscape architects and technicians. You
will work with developers, planners, builders, and local review
agencies to provide dynamic design solutions on residential
development projects. Daily, you will oversee all phases of design
and construction activities while helping to develop efficient,
timely, and cost-effective solutions for MSG. Skills, Knowledge and
Expertise 10 years' of experience in design and plan preparation,
with at least 4 years of residential site development projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture,
preferably working as a licensed Professional Engineer or Landscape
Architect. Experience with industry design standards, guidelines
and specifications (i.e., City of Columbus and surrounding
counties, ODOT, and etc.) and knowledge of AutoCad/Civil 3D grading
is expected. Proficiency in independent preparation of
Hydraulic/Hydrologic reports, Roadway design and survey experience
