Job Description Job Description Our team is hiring a full-time Plant Health Care (PHC) Technician to support the health, safety, and longevity of trees and landscapes across residential and commercial properties in the area. Compensation: $22 - $27 hourly Responsibilities: Inspect and assess tree and plant health in residential and commercial settings Monitor soil conditions, moisture levels, and overall plant health; recommend improvements as needed Maintain accurate service records, treatment logs, and client documentation Identify pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies and apply appropriate treatments Communicate findings and treatment recommendations clearly with clients Qualifications: Commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service Strong communication skills and attention to detail 1 year of experience in plant health care, tree care, or landscape maintenance Valid driver’s license with ability to operate company vehicles ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support provided if not yet obtained About Company We’re not just a tree company—we’re a team on a mission to raise the bar in our industry.
