Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently installing heating and air equipment in residential homes. HVAC Installers are responsible for running a job from start to finish. Install to standards higher than manufacturer specs. Designing, fabricating, and installing a wide range of duct fittings and ducts that are required, as well as wiring both indoor and outdoor units. Delivery of consistent, excellent customer service that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements 2 years of HVAC installation experience. EPA 608 Universal certification. Nate certification, preferred. Great communication skills. Self-motivated, accountable, values high-integrity, and a competitive spirit Valid Michigan driver’s license.
