Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to
oversee field operations for large-scale construction projects,
ensuring safety compliance, quality control, and timely project
completion. The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for
managing on-site safety, adhering to project specifications,
coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that construction
progresses according to the schedule. This role involves
collaboration with multiple internal departments, conducting
progress meetings, managing inspections, and implementing proactive
change management strategies. The ideal candidate will have 10
years of experience in construction management, strong leadership
skills, and the ability to manage complex projects. Commercial
construction experience within the healthcare industry is a
requirement of this position. The Location Roncelli is
headquartered in Sterling Heights, Michigan, however the jobsite,
