A top Design-Build Contractor is looking for a Project Superintendent with at least 3 years of commercial construction supervision experience to lead on-site operations, manage trade partners, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Superintendent will report to a Field Executive and the Director of Field Operations, collaborating closely with Project Managers, Field Executives, and trade partners to ensure project success. Description Field Leadership and Project Management Safety and Compliance Quality Assurance and Execution Scheduling and Productivity Communication and Coordination Resource and Cost Management Profile 3 years experience in commercial construction as a Superintendent OSHA 30 First Aid/CPR Certification Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required. Proven ability to manage mid-to-large-scale commercial construction projects with multiple subcontractors and trades. Experience with layout and grading, project phasing, and sequencing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook) and construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.). Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
