– Full time, Monday – Friday - Do you consider yourself a Handy Man
or "Jack of All Trades?" If so, this may be the job for you. The
Maintenance Technician performs various duties necessary to
maintain and enhance the value of the apartment complex and
community. Handles service requests for repairs and improvements of
occupied and vacant apartments to a market-ready status. Works as a
team member along with the service staff to ensure the community
meets the quality maintenance standards set forth by TISHCO
Properties LLC. TISHCO Properties LLC and its subsidiary companies
form a full-service real estate development, construction and
management provider for the multifamily housing industry. TISHCO

Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent One or more years
of experience in general building maintenance and small appliance
repair Must provide own tools Must have reliable transportation and
valid driver's license HVAC Certification preferred Generous
