Admin position with Dunkin's Diamonds is pivotal in ensuring smooth
and efficient daily operations of the office environment. This role
focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support,
facilitating communication, and managing essential office
functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for
organizing and maintaining records, and coordinating with internal
teams and external partners to support business objectives. By
handling a variety of clerical and organizational tasks, this role
contributes directly to enhancing productivity and operational
effectiveness. Ultimately, the position serves as a backbone to the
retail operation, enabling staff to focus on customer service and
sales activities. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or
equivalent. Proven experience in an administrative or office
support role. Proficiency with standard office software such as
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong
organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and
written communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or related
field. Experience working in the retail industry or a fast-paced
office environment. Familiarity with inventory management systems
and basic bookkeeping. Ability to multitask and prioritize
effectively under minimal supervision. Customer service experience
