Contracts Administrator Location: Plain City, OH (Onsite)
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Bonus Potential Industry: Construction

and industrial services sector is seeking a Contracts Administrator
to join its team. The organization has a national footprint and a

on safety, efficiency, and innovation. This newly created position
reflects the company's continued expansion and need for experienced
professionals to support its evolving business operations. Position
Summary As a Contracts Administrator , you will support the
Contracts Manager and Project Managers by reviewing, editing, and
managing customer agreements. Your work will be key to ensuring
contract compliance, facilitating communication across departments,
and supporting client qualification processes. Key Responsibilities
Review and edit customer contracts for accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to communicate contract
requirements to internal stakeholders. Participate in contract
negotiations with the Contracts Manager and Project Managers.
Provide clients with required insurance documentation; support the
annual insurance renewal process. Assist in the preparation and
submission of customer qualification applications. Qualifications
Required: At least 2 years of experience in contract
administration, ideally within the construction industry. High
attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Clear and
professional communication skills. Ability to work on-site
full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Preferred:
Familiarity with construction insurance and prequalification
processes. Self-starter who thrives in a growing and fast-paced
