Job Description Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Wauseon, Ohio. Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed variance analyses to identify trends and provide actionable insights. • Assist in monthly reporting by gathering and analyzing financial data. • Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support decision-making processes. • Collaborate with the Controller to provide research and analysis on raw financial data. • Participate in month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Utilize advanced Excel techniques for financial modeling and data management. • Support the finance team in preparing reports and presentations for leadership. • Apply data mining techniques to extract valuable information from financial datasets. • Contribute to the development of processes that improve financial decision-making. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • At least one year of industry experience beyond internships, preferably in financial analysis. • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. • Experience with variance analysis and monthly reporting processes. • Familiarity with data mining and ad hoc financial analysis techniques. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work onsite
