Position Summary: The Store Leasing Specialist is part of the Store
Projects team, and is responsible for ensuring that all timelines,
milestones, and tasks for the Leaf Home Lease Portfolio are
successfully met. This role maintains active and future leases,
lease data, and insurance for all Leaf Home Verticals. Essential
Duties and Responsibilities: Correspond with Landlords and Property
Managers for over 200 locations to support all leasing needs.
Create and maintain necessary timelines for all existing leases
with relation to lease expiration, landlord notice requirements,
available lease options, and internal review processes. Regularly
perform an internal review of the existing lease portfolio to
ensure data accuracy and create internal awareness of lease
timelines. Coordinate lease transactions with landlords, brokers,
Leaf Home legal team, and insurance vendors. Utilize and maintain
real estate lease administration software to create lease
abstracts, track landlord data, provide lease expense information,
and maintain accurate lease data. Oversee the timely communication
and distribution of all lease-related data and documents with
internal parties. Utilize project management software to track
tasks, create lease-related projects, and effectively communicate
with the Store Operations team. Documentation, maintenance, and
distribution of lease processes and materials relating to leasing.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Experience and Minimum
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent
combination of education, training, and experience. 2 years in real
estate administration, leasing administration, or a property
management role. Experience in lease administration, preferably in
a corporate or multi-location environment. Project management
skills, including the ability to track timelines and deliverables
across multiple locations. Proficiency using lease administration
software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all
levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
articulately. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook,
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access). Must be legally
authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship
for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). Preferred Knowledge,
Skills, Abilities, or Certifications: Experience in a home
remodeling/construction industry. Travel Requirements: No travel
required. Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements: Additional hours
may be required (exempt positions). Physical Requirements: Normal
office environment. Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled
environment. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force
occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or
constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects,
including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of
