Job Description:
Cardinal Credit Union is seeking a dedicated and dynamic
Assistant Branch Manager to augment our thriving team. In this
pivotal role, you'll help oversee the daily operations of our
branch, ensuring that our financial services like savings accounts
and loans are delivered with excellence and integrity. As an
ambassador of Cardinal Credit Union, the Assistant Branch Manager
will not only uphold our values but drive our mission to provide
exceptional financial solutions to our members. Support the Branch
Manager in the overall leadership of the branch to ensure delivery
of superior quality service and product support for bank customers.
Participate actively in the development and implementation of new
policies and practices to improve the operational efficiency.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services
offered by the bank and effectively communicate them to the team
and customers. Ensure the branch achieves its sales and customer
satisfaction targets by cultivating a proactive
relationship-building culture. Assist in managing the branch's
budget and resources, including monitoring and reporting on branch
performance. Handle personnel management tasks including selection,
training, and development of staff, ensuring high morale and
retention of team members. Strong knowledge of retail banking
operations and financial services Excellent leadership and team
management skills Proficient in data analysis and financial
forecasting Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Capability to drive and implement strategic change Exceptional
customer service and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance

Certifications such as Certified Bank Manager (CBM) or similar is
preferred. Familiarity with banking software and systems.
