Job Description:
At {EMPLOYER-DESC}, we are looking for a Personal Banker II to
join our dynamic team and help deepen client relationships through
comprehensive banking solutions. In this role, you will be
instrumental in driving financial planning with clients, offering
customized advice, and promoting banking products that meet their
financial needs. Develop and maintain relationships with clients,
understanding their financial needs and advising on suitable
banking, investment, and insurance options. Identify opportunities
to promote and cross-sell banking products, including loans, lines
of credit, and wealth management services. Assist clients in
understanding and navigating online and mobile banking platforms.
Resolve client issues and inquiries with professionalism and
accuracy, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Meet and
exceed personal and branch sales goals by implementing effective
sales strategies. Comply with all regulatory and compliance
guidelines related to banking and customer service. Strong
financial and analytical abilities Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficiency in sales and customer relationship
management (CRM) software Ability to handle complex customer issues
Detailed knowledge of banking products and services Preferred:
Certified Personal Banker (CPB) certification. Any regulatory
compliance training or certification relevant to banking and
finance.
