Job Title: Senior Accountant Location: Hybrid (Akron, OH)

- You'll be set up to succeed from day one Key Responsibilities:
Oversee month-end and year-end close process, financial reporting,
and payroll accounting Manage payroll and accrual accounting
processes, including medical accruals Prepare and analyze monthly
financial statements in compliance with GAAP Monitor month-end
close and variance analysis across business units Collaborate with
internal and external auditors during audit cycles Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 4 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.); experience
with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is preferred LI-Hybrid
