Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year A bit about us: Our client, a global manufacturing firm, is seeking an Accountant to join its growing team. Why join us? Job Responsibilities: Record Transactions: Post financial transactions to journals and ledgers. Reconcile Accounts: Verify and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Prepare Financial Statements: Generate balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports. Process Invoices: Manage accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely payment and collection. Conduct Audits: Assist with internal and external audits; provide necessary documentation. Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate records of financial transactions and reports. Monitor Expenses: Track and analyze expenses; report variances from budget. Job Details Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Spanish Proficiency highly preferred. 3. 5 years of experience in accounting or related field. 4. Strong understanding of accounting theory and GAAP. 5. Highly detail-oriented and organized. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus. 7. Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish tasks.
