We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Lines Account
Manager to join our vibrant finance team. This is a permanent,
full-time position where you will be responsible for managing and
nurturing client relationships, maintaining insurance policies, and
providing comprehensive financial services. This role will require
you to utilize your expertise in insurance, property, casualty,
operations, procedures, coverages, underwriting, customer service,
proposals, applications, renewals, policy binders, certificates,
policies, and account management. If you're passionate about
providing top-notch customer service and have a knack for
understanding the complexities of the finance industry, we'd love
to hear from you. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain
positive relationships with clients, ensuring their financial and
insurance needs are met. 2. Oversee the renewal process for
existing insurance policies and manage the preparation and issuance
of policy binders and certificates. 3. Review and analyze clients'
current insurance coverages, identifying potential gaps and
proposing suitable solutions. 4. Collaborate with the underwriting
team to ensure policies are underwritten accurately and in a timely
manner. 5. Manage the preparation and submission of insurance
proposals and applications. 6. Handle customer inquiries and
complaints, providing prompt and professional customer service. 7.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the finance
industry, particularly in the areas of life, health, and benefits.
8. Collaborate with various teams to streamline operations and
procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry
standards. 9. Assist in the development and implementation of
account management strategies to drive customer retention and
satisfaction. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience
in a similar role within the insurance industry. 2. Proven
experience in insurance, financial services, property, casualty,
operations, procedures, coverages, underwriting, customer service,
proposals, applications, renewals, policy binders, certificates,
policies, and account management. 3. Knowledge of life, health, and
benefits is a plus. 4. Exceptional customer service skills, with
the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. 5.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and
interpret complex financial information. 6. Excellent communication
skills, both written and verbal. 7. Strong organizational skills,
with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
simultaneously. 8. Proficiency in using financial software and
digital tools. 9. A bachelor’s degree in finance, business
administration, or a related field is preferred. Certifications in
