Pricing Manager Compensation: $120,000-$145,000 Location:

- attorneys, consultants, and advisors (not products) Newly

Design, implement, and manage strategic pricing models for
hourly-billed professional services Lead the annual rate-setting
process across practice areas, ensuring consistency and
competitiveness Analyze financial performance and evaluate the
impact of pricing decisions , presenting actionable insights to
leadership Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and
practice group leaders to communicate pricing strategy and
rationale Build and maintain custom reports and interactive
dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support decision-making
Navigate internal governance structures to gain approvals and
clearly articulate the business case behind pricing recommendations
Continuously assess market trends and client expectations to refine
pricing strategies that support both revenue goals and client
satisfaction Preferred Qualifications 5 years of experience in
pricing or financial analysis within a professional services firm
(e.g., legal, consulting, accounting, architecture) Demonstrated
expertise in hourly rate setting and people-based pricing models
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modeling)
and Power BI (dashboard creation, data visualization) Strong
business acumen with a strategic and analytical mindset Ability to
present complex financial data in a clear and compelling manner to
senior stakeholders Bachelor's degree required; preferred majors
include Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration
